  2. Make the chat integrated with PWA plugins for Wordpress

    I would like to use a PWA plugin for Wordpress, but Tawk doesn't work with theses app.

    We can monitor and gather a report of the agent’s performance through our Sentiments feature.

    This is where the visitor can click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon to rate the chat conversation handled by the agent.

    The Remove Branding add-on allows you to remove tawk.to branding from the tawk.to widget and support emails as well as and use your own domain for sending out your support emails.

  5. Estimated wait time.

    On the triggers tab add different variables that admins can add. Like "estimated-wait-time" where the user will be able to see what the wait time is for the avg tickets. This could also be to assure customers we are here for them.

    We do have the feature to show the estimated wait time for the chat. However, the waiting time does not increase based on the number of chats you are receiving. The default time remains at 1 minute.

    With regard to tickets, we currently don’t have a notification feature for estimated wait time.

    You may personalize a message about the average handling time when creating tickets.

  7. make it an option to be able to print a complete history of visitors by IP address for the last 30-60 days

    IT guys said it would really help combat click fraud and website security..have nights where my widget goes haywire with "unknown" visitors and oversease (china, india pakistand etc) IP addresss

    However, our BAN feature can help restricts spammers or unwanted users from using your chat widget.

    You can activate this feature with the following options:

    1. Banning a visitor

    You can ban specific visitors from your active chats and offline messages.

  8. Smaller widget icon for mobile devices

    Option to reduce the widget icon size for mobile devices. At the moment the chat icon takes up too much room on a mobile device - it would be better is this was smaller on mobile devices.

    There should be an automated feedback at the end of the chat. An automated agent ranking system should be developed based on the feedback provided by the customer.

    At this stage, we don’t have a default survey for agent ratings. Our feedback rating is through our Sentiments feature. This is where the visitor can click the thumbs up and down icons to rate the chat conversation.

    To generate the User Satisfaction reports, follow the steps below:

    1. Access the Reporting section by clicking the graph icon in the left sidebar bar, the 5th icon down from the top.

    2. Click the User Satisfaction category. You can view the summary report showing how many Negative, Positive and Neutral sentiments the property received from your visitors along with the feedback dates. To check the agent’s statistics, select the specific agent and/or specific tags to view their chat ratings.

  11. Knowledge base / Add images to categories

    Hi, I really would like to have the option to add my own images to the categories in your great Knowledge base. It would make a big difference and a "personalization" of the tool.

    Icons are great but sometimes feels a bit "boring" if you understand what I mean. And Icons don't communicate in the same way as images.

    I've looked on several tools like yours (knowledge base) and no one has the feature.

    For example, www.kundo.se - a Swedish look-a like - has the same system with icons. And there I have to pay like 200 GBP to use…

  12. Knowledge Base : Allow to display more than 10 articles on the same page per category

    I think the actual system is not user friendly... The user doesn't easily see that there are more pages to read in the category... There is juste a little grey arrow on the bottom right...

  14. Add option to configure Menu in the chat.

    The menu which appears in chat on the right side. It will be good to have option to remove it, change it, or configure options in that area. Just a little bit more control of that widget!

  16. Customise the knowledge base items on chat window for a specific page.

    I would love it if the knowledge base articles which are display on a particular page are only relating to the page the user is on, not just showing all articles in the knowledge base.

    For example, I have the plugin on our tennis club website. If a visitor is on the coaching page, I want the pop-up help to show articles only relating to coaching.

  18. Translate the tool tips in chat window

    Next to the "Type here and press Enter" field, there are those icons for ratings, uploads and emoticons. The tool tips of those icons were not translated to German. Please fix! :)

  19. Correct the "X mins ago" in German

    In German the word order is not "X mins ago" but rather "Ago 2 mins". The word ago should be translated "vor". As of now it is not translated and the word order is wrong.
