make it possible to measure the time the chat is online
make it possible to measure the time the chat is online even if there is not people that want to chat, we are still online available. the time we click on and the time we click of during that day needs to measured. It will be great. % is not enough.

Alter the appearance of the chat widget when offline in mobile to highlight is a chat system
The mobile widget when the dashboard is offline displays a "Mail" message, which is not ideal because the widget should inform the user about the chat feature, so the user can keep it in mind and come back later if he wants.

Better url parser
Entering a "(note)" with an URL in the chat dialog includes the closing parenthesis in the URL - e.g.:
xxxx (get more info on www.example.com/moreinfo)
makes a wrong link to "http://www.example.com/moreinfo)"

Visitor Tagging
It would be helpful to be able to add a manual Tag/Flag/Color marker and a note for a visitor based on IP address (either as return or new visitor), so the host site may be able to recognize a Prospective customer or potentially undesirable visitor (without banning). This would allow to differentiate easily our own agent/users on the site from natural visitors.

Unfortunately, the session cookie we store for a returning Visitor can get cleared either by clearing cookies or by opening a new browser Window. So currently we cannot track users a precise as we would like to for this to be very valuable.
