    Would be great if we could enter HTML in trigger's messages, so we can show links or other html features to users.

    You can, however,share links, videos, and linked images in the widget with widget cards and modify widget behavior in your widget settings.

  2. Auto-Direct to Offline Form if Department is Offline

    If a customer selects a Department which is offline, it should redirect that request to the Offline 'Leave a Message' form.

    It's frustrating for our other chat users in other departments who still have chat requests popping up when the chat query isn't relevant to them. In turn then frustrating the visitor when their query doesn't get dealt with or answered at all.

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.

    We currently do not have an Offline form settings for Departments that are offline.

    The following suggested alternatives can be done to avoid such scenarios:

    1. You can create separate Properties instead of Departments. With Departments, if there are no agents currently online in the department assigned to a chat, the remaining agents will hear the ring notification. This prevents the chat from going unanswered.

    Instead of creating Departments, you can create separate Properties with the designated agents. The Offline form will be activated if no agents are online.

    2. If you still prefer to have Departments, inform your customer that an agent from another Department will get in touch to assist them. You can also raise a ticket while in the chat and assign it to that Department.

  3. Sync status over all devices

    I would prefer to have the status synchronized over all devices. Now if I go online on the PC and leave the house with my mobile I can't go offline because changing status on the mobile doesn't change status on the PC. This is rather confusing. I see no advantage whatsoever in the way it is handled now over a synched status. At least make this an option: "Sync status on all devices" or "handle status on every device separately"

  4. CNAME Masking of the Tawk.to URL

    We use tawk.to as a pop-out chat.

    Because of this the tawk.to url is displayed.

    I think it would be a good idea to be able to mask the tawk.to URL with CNAME.

    So then the URL would could be 'livechat.example.com'.

    This shouldn't affect tawk in getting your name out of there as like with the chat being at the bottom of the page, your logo would be in the bottom right corner still :).

  6. Track AJAX page changes, like how Ecwid shopping cart works

    I use a popular shopping cart called Ecwid. It uses ajax, so the page change happens within the browser window. Right now, when someone goes from product to product in my shopping cart, Tawk doesn't show those page changes. I know this can be done because the live chat service I was using before was able to track such page changes so I'm sure Tawk could too.

  7. Api for agent-managing.

    Api(rest?) for agent-managing. We will be happy to use tawk, if our admin will be able to create and modify agents without visiting tawk website. We want to connect our authentification system with your chat.

  8. API method to create the initial message

    A new API method to fill the text input with a premade message, passed as a argument. Like openDialog('Hello, I need help with me dashboard'), and the input field would have 'Hello, I need help with me dashboard'

  9. Windows Auto Login on Start

    Right now every time I start my computer up I have to login and even if I click remember me, it doesn't stay logged in. It would be nice to be able to start it and have it save my login and auto log me in and set me as available when it starts unless I actually log out.

    Other software such as skype keeps you logged in automatically until you physically log out of that program. One less thing to remember to do.

  10. Add Internal ticket feature

    It would be great if we can issue a ticket to internal departments, not to clients
    Ex, support agent receive the enquiry and issue the ticket to Account department, not to the client. Account team can reply to them.

    This is a good idea.

    Here is a temporary workaround.
    What you can do is, in the “Recipient Email” field put the person you want to assign the ticket to and then from the “Assign to” dropdown pick which agent or department you want the ticket to be assigned to.

    Hope this helps for now.

  11. Link wordpress user logged in and display their name in the tawk dashboard

    It would be great to have users registered on wordpress website that browse the website to be displayed into the tawk dashboard with their name and other information taken from wordpress...

  12. Change page title dynamically

    I use the posting of new page information within iFrames and with dynamic scripts. The actual document page doesn't change, but "where" the visitor is within the site does change. I would like to be able to the document tag title to a new name without the page reloading so the Tawk app sees the page title change.

    Allow to turn a text into a link, instead of posting a full URL. This would specifically be applied in the Triggers. The long URLs are not being clicked on.

  16. Ability to disable an agent going into IDLE

    We talk daily with more then 5 visitors on our website. Our talks, involve more than 6 hours of chatting. At some point the agent or the visitor might take a break or not say anything for a long period of time. It would be great if we could disable the IDLE feature because that is causing our chats to be interrupted and we as agents sometime can not rejoin the chats if the visitor isn't paying attention to the chat widget.

  18. More Javascript API events (chat started/ended by agent, chat message by agent)

    At this time "onChatStarted" and "onChatEnded" only react to user actions and not to agent actions. So you can have a chat ongoing but you never received a started event, and viceversa, have the chat ended by never received the ended event.

    This limits a lot the way we can "integrate" with the chat widget.

    E.g: keep the widget hidden and let only agents to start/stop conversations (by show/hide the wisget when the agent start/stop them)
    E.g.2: decide to always maximize the widget when a new message from the agent is sent (maybe depending on the message itself).

  19. Allow Custom Fields Via API

    You guys have just released the Javascript API. It would be a huge help to allow us to use custom fields via api also as we have a field called "support pin" which we would like to autofill.

  20. Visitors filter by name, ip, tag or attribute

    often i need find a specific visitor, but in the current view is very difficult because i can see only the IP or name, this is very difficult when you have more than 100 visitors, can be very helpful add filters by name, ip, attribute or tag to find visitors and begin the chat
