  1. Webhook: Transcript of chat

    I see from a recent post that webhooks are now available within the dashboard - this is fantastic.

    Is it possible to post the transcript of the chat to the webhook once the chat has finished?

  3. Stop using document.write()

    When you use document.write() to inject a script, the browser is not able to continue parsing the HTML. The web browser is forced to wait for the resource to load AND to be executed.

  4. Offline form should create at ticket (instead of message)

    When a customer writes in an offline-form. The message should start as a ticket.

    If anyone wanted to reply (and they always do), they have top copy the text into a ticket, and then reply to the ticket.

    This is time consuming, and not user-friendly.

    Sollution: Just make it start as a ticket. Everyone is happy (and probably expects a ticket anyway)

  6. Allow shortcuts to be Global AND Public

    Need to be able to make shortcuts available to all agents on all sites... thus need them to be global AND public... no need to enter them over and over again for the same shortcuts on different sites.... right now its limited to personal access.

  9. Please give an option to Admin to disable "Send Transcript" option on his widget

    For security, this is needed. I a user on public computer has left without ending the chat, other person who comes there can still use the existing chat to send the transcript. Atleast this will mitigate the entire chat to be sent to his maild ID

  12. ability to login with offline / invisible status

    I want to request a setting per agent to login with offline or invisible status.
    eg. so when you login to dashboard, you are not automatically 'online', this would allow an agent to review existing tickets/chats etc before going 'online'

    Particularly useful when using the 'Hide widget when offline' setting.
    So you don't have to manually set to 'invisible'.
    During to timeframe between the agent logging in, and setting status to 'invisible' the widget is visible on the website.
    Which is what I want to eliminate.

  14. Change the dashboard make us easier to see all customer chats

    Hello dear tawk.to ,

    First and foremost i like to use tawk.to a lot we'r also using different wisgets like zopim and our website which has tawk is a bit difficult to catch all the customers with it in our prime times we'r getting 18-20 chats and its hard to catch for 2 agents they need to scroll every 4 chats to see what our customers are typing so i'm suggesting something for this

    What am i suggesting ?

    -make something similar like Zopim has get the chats at the bottom so we can see 20 chats at once and…

  16. Add a cc feature in the ticket for incoming and outcoming mail

    It is very important to add a cc feature in the ticket system, because If incoming email (that open new ticket) was send also to other email address in cc, I nees to know who they are and also I need to reply to all when reply to ticket.
    My request is really urgent! ;-)

  18. Reporting mechanism

    Have a feature wherein automated reports can be sent out to the registered mail IDs - engaged chats, missed chats, traffic etc. Much better for showcasing performance of app.

  20. Monitoring triggers

    It would be nice to see some information about triggers. How many times the have been triggered, at what pages, what did visitors do after the saw a trigger. Monitoring top-performing triggers, etc.
