  1. To export all your user data and chat history into csv files

    Would be really useful to have all your data exported on csv or spreadsheet files, for instance your user data information name, email because you can contact them later with email marketing campaigns. And your history to check usual behaviors on your customers

  2. in the ticket system add the ability to have "canned responces".

    Have it allow you to save an unlimited list of canned responses to the most common questions. Then when people ask the same questions over and over again you just select a pre written "canned response" and it gets pasted into the ticket

  6. Roadmap of things to come

    There's already a request for a Version history (which is a great idea), but equally as important from a end-user standpoint, is knowing what's coming down the pipeline. It helps build anticipation (but yes, also holds dev's feet the the fire) -- which isn't always a bad thing right? :D ... I know that the apps are taking more of the current important dev time. But knowing some juicy tid-bits of what's next can help hold the interest of those 'looking around' or 'testing other platforms'. :)

  7. have added functionality to mobile apps, Eg. able to access chat history and messages

    Allowing admin stuff to have access to chat and message history helps make their role more productive when they are off desk.

  9. Make the phone app have an option to choose custom ringtone for incoming chats

    It will be good to choose custom ringtone from your phone so you can make it like someone is calling you when there is incoming chat.

    We are currently in Alpha on our REST API, which will allow for account creation, and more granular Agent control.

    Once we release the beta, we will invite you.

  15. Make it possible to only have the chat box on certain pages using the Joomla CMS

    As above, either using your Joomla plugin or ideally via the Admin settings at tawk.to so I can continue to just use the javascript on the template.

    In case you have more than one website would be better if you could choose the monitoring data in the dashboard referred to each website!

    As far as I'm concerned I prefer to choose the website and see the data of it instead of seeing the data that a total of all websites

  18. Long and loud alert for iPhone

    It sucks to miss important chats because I don't notice the alerts when out of office with only my iPhone connected to your system. I run a one-man company and quite often my only connection to chat is my phone.

    If the incoming calls keep ringing loud until I answer, why couldn't the chats, which are often even more important?

    Your desktop alert is good, long and loud but it is kinda illogical to have a louder alert on desktop, where you normally stare at the screen anyways, compared to a phone that is in your pocket often in noisy…

  20. Make all the features in desktop version the same for mobile so we don't to bring a pc.

    The full desktop features MUST also be experienced in mobile or tablet so that those without a pc, mac or broken laptops/PCs aren't left behind. The mobile versions are lacking. Can't work properly in the mobile.

    We are already porting functionality from the desktop version to the mobile version(s). Eventually all of the functionality will be available on the mobile apps also.
