Allow shortcuts to be Global AND Public
Need to be able to make shortcuts available to all agents on all sites... thus need them to be global AND public... no need to enter them over and over again for the same shortcuts on different sites.... right now its limited to personal access.

Actually only admins can create global shortcuts, however it is necessary to create all shortcuts and when made global, everyone can see every bodies shortcuts. I need a way that where each agent sees only his/hers assigned shortcuts or to use tags so the system replaces the tag with the agent's name.

It would be helpful to be able to copy a shortcut or trigger easily to another site, and also edit it in the other site globally or separate.
Some shortcuts may be universal to all sites you are chatting on. We have 2, but we may soon have 20 of the same kind of site in different countries.
Some Examples:
Create global shortcut (global editing).
or
copy shortcut to site:X
or
copy shortcut to all sites (can be edited individually). -

I need for our Agents to be able to create "Public" shortcuts - right now they can only create them as "Personal", after Saving a Shortcut, the option to change the access to public doesn't work.....I don't want to make them all Admins but this means that I have to create all the shortcuts.

There should be capability for creating a shortcut, then select multiple sites where it should apply and make it public. That would be preferable instead of creating the same shortcut for each site .

Currently we are not able to set common shortcuts between websites and agents.
there shall be some option of 'common' shortcuts which can be shared between all sites and agents.Currently if i have 3 sites and 2 agents. i have to keep on adding repeating shortcuts for all websites so that all agents can access them.
Please look into this.

Since shortcuts are not global so I should be able to copy shortcuts from one of my sites to another.
