    We are receiving a lot of chats per day and we really need this feature ASAP to create tickets from the conversation to Freshdesk.

    Is there any workaround for this? Can you give us ETA for this feature?

    Also, the possibility to create tickets from the conversations and transfer them to Freshdesk would also be great.

    I need the tawk conversations to be integrated to freshdesk solution. Even though you have your ticketing system we wanted them to be moved to fresh desk.

    Please let us know by when can we expect the API integrations.

    Unlikely to happen.

    Tawk is creating their own ticket system.
