Admin Logoff function
The ability for an administrator to log off people who have forgotten to log out at the end of the day. Thereby stopping missed calls when there is no one really there but the system thinks there is!

To All Our Valued Users, This is Sienna from tawk.to. Thank you for reaching out. At this stage, the only way to force a logout for an agent is by disabling their account via the Property Members section. Alternatively, you can set up a Scheduler. The Scheduler's purpose is to make the chat widget go offline even if the agent is logged in. Once the Scheduler is activated, you don't need to worry about whether or not your agents forgot to log out. Example: Let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you log in before 9 AM, you can still monitor your visitors without receiving any chats. However, your chat widget will stay offline and the visitor will get the offline form. The same thing happens when the clock hits 5 PM. Even if there are agents online, the chat widget is forced to go offline. For more information, visit this link: https://help.tawk.to/article/using-the-widget-scheduler If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. From web dashboard: Go to Profile > Browser & App sessions > end any session for any agent

I just chatted to a rep about requesting this feature and then found it here. I have disabled users but then they still have to end their browser session before they’re logged out. Which is an issue because by the time they are back at their computer, I might not be around to re-enable them. So this would definitely be a welcomed addition.

It looks like the way to log them off is from the Property Members page, select a user and Disable them. Perhaps a solution would be to put a 'disable' button on a more obvious page like the Direct Message side menu for Property Administrators

Yes please! Admins should be able to log off other agents / admins

an auto logoff feature the answer!
My and my agents keep missing chat requests because it happens to go away and leave the chat on.I've tried to tell developers of this nice chat in many ways and in many occasions, but they refused to take it into consideration. God knows why... masochism?

Love this idea. We are virtual and I can't travel 1,500 miles to go turn off someone's PC. I would think that this would be a great feature that would prove wildly popular. Thanks for considering!!

Agreed this feature is really needed, at least an admin should be able to do this...

Yes! This needs to be a function. The admins need the power to log agents out if they forget so that the chats don't go out into limbo!

Do consider an auto-log off feature for agents / admins. If they forget to logoff, then we may get people who think we're there but they're not.
We sometimes get "hi" messages and we've missed the chance to connect because someone didn't logout.

Let anyone logged in make other people invisible. At weekends someone always forgets to go invisible and then we get questions when nobody is here. If we could turn others invisible that would really help.

Of course this should be an option!

Or better: Let the system remind the agent about the logout option when he/she wants to close the window. I also have the problem with operators forgetting to logout. I can forget myself.

On my site it has happened a few times where one or more of my LiveChat operators has forgotten to logout, therefore giving my website visitors the imbression that somebody is online when infact they aren't. Therefore I would appreciate the ability to be able to force logout that operator.
