Hello all, I'm sure you're all familiar with both Facebook as well as our website. We are trying to come up with a system where agents can see if clients have read the message or not. Just want to know what everyone thinks about this idea, and if it's possible. We are always thinking to improve ourselves, our website and client experience, so we want to announce a new feature. The “seen by” feature shows up under each individual reply in a thread, not only the main content for example, if someone sends you a Facebook invite to a party, they'll be able to see whether you clicked open the invitation and whether you read individual replies on the event page.

Thanks for sharing it with us.
When it says “seen” under a member that has not yet responded to the event invitation, it means that the member has seen the invitation but not yet responded. This is whether they reply in the app or by e-mail .

you have to include message seen or not seen by visitor.
This would be great for both on-line chat, and the ticket/email system.
Ability to see if visitor saw my reply. A small check mark like in messenger.

The ability for an agent to see when a customer has 'seen' the message. The ability for a customer to see when an agent has 'seen' their message - 'seen' could appear below their message.
