At the moment, however, we don't have the option to schedule specific dates. Our Calendar product is already on our roadmap for development. Our dev team is working on this feature and will add this in due course. We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.     I'd like to set the holidays from the app so I don't have to disable the scheduler manually every time when there is a holiday. Sometimes I forgot to disable the scheduler and have to reply by phone even I am on holiday and had to disable it manually. I would be able to set the holidays and forget the tawk on those days. I am looking for the previous comments and it's been almost 6 years are passed for this feature and it's still under development.

    I'd like to see this implemented as we are closed on Sundays before Monday U.S. federal holidays. I'd like to be able to set it once and forget it as I never remember to go in and manually disable the widget.

    Came here to say the same thing. I always forget to turn the service off on Monday’s or whatever day the holiday is that week and end up answering a chat from home on my day off then turn it off. It is a hassle turning it on and off especially if the admin wants to take a week or 2 off on vacation. Let us schedule days off please.

    we really need the national holidays sync (like in outlook)
    in Israel we have more then 40 holidays and as of today i change the scheduler everytime manually

    We have 7 sites - so a global 'Pause' button would be good - for instance we have our Christmas lunch today and are closing early so it would be great to be able to hit ONE button and turn everything off for the day..

    The scheduling is great however it will be even better if we can select 'days' for it NOT to run, example on public holidays etc. An example of today. It is a public holiday here however my schedule turned on and was showing the live chat. I had to manually disable it so it will be great if we can select days of the year the schedule NOT to run. thanks :)

    Yes, we really need this simple feature because we have to, each time, log in to turn it off for this specific day and, sometimes, you are in your holiday and you forget it. Customers think you are available and start chatting without getting a response back.

    Schedule triggers.

    I would like the ability to schedule triggers by dd/mm/yy

    For example: Schedule a message to be displayed between April 1, 2016 and April 30, 2016

    The trigger auto disables when the period of time has expired.

    At present, all I see are DD and HH options.

    Add something that allows you to turn off the chats on major holidays without having to go into the scheduler to turn it off and then back on again.
