Ticket portal for customers
A web portal where customers can view the ticket history, add message to own tickets, raise ticket and so on...
This represents a significant opportunity to help Tawk.to go viral. Many of the users that use Tawk.to to submit tickets don't realize what they are using and how easy it would be to use it themselves on their own website.
By creating a customer portal, you would have a significant opportunity to talk to these users directly and give them a reason to come back.

Hi, my idea was that you also have an appartment ticket system and that you can put that on your website and ask people to answer questions and to read the ticket with the comment!

I really like Tickets feature in Admin. Can you add this feature for Visitor as well. So Visitor can add ticket directly from Website.
