This has just started happening to me today. I haven't had any issues prior to today so I am not sure if something has changed or what. It is quite annoying and I am quite lucky that it has only happened during quiet periods.

same here, windows 10 64 bit version crashes after some period of time randomly

I have the same auto closing problem.
OS: Windows 10 32 bit
When minimize,clicking on notification area icon etc.
Mostly problem is with tawk to app. not with the os.

Same think happening to us wih the Windows client 64 bit. It frequently closes during the day and the chats are closed. After the app closes we no longer receive notifications.

Steps: Happens randomly but I have noticed it happens more often when I minimize the window or change from the window to another app.

We have the same situation here. We use Win 10 pro x64 with office 2016, please this is issue because client see we close chat with them!

i am facing the same issue as mention above word by word. plus tawk.to have no auto correct feature. my ffice setup info:

5 Pc.
Win 7 Pro 64bit.
version is 64bit as well and the source is (tawk.to/tawk-to-for-windows/).
it can crashed at any time mostly during chat.

And we looking for other solution for our business. Because tawk.to is out of support. But Yes tawk.to attract us for what it can do is advance & quick. So here we are tawk.to desktop app is killing us.

Most users in our office have Windows 7 pro 64-bit, not sure which version we are on (the most recent I assume?) but no specific steps are taken, we will just randomly be on a chat on even on the dashboard and our applications will randomly close. Seems sporadic at this point.
