Customise the chat widget back end
Customise the chat widget back end so instead of it pulling in the first letter of the widget name - i can use a logo... This will make it very easy for my chat agents to identify from which website they are being talked to from

When you first create a property, the default property image includes the first letter of the property name with a random background color.
To change your property image, go to Administration ➞ Overview ➞ Property Image ➞ Upload Photo

When we have more than 1 chat windows from different properties(sites) opened, it's very hard for agent to know this chat belongs to which property(site).
It would be good if we have the property name or its first alphabet in the chat window TITLE bar. -

add an option that allows people to make a custom chat bot so when support is backed up the bot can respond to keywords and try to help people with there issues. The bot would read off of things like FAQ page in the chat application where you can write articles on how to do things.

I would like it to categorize chats by the webpage they are looking at like zopim and other chats programs.
