Pop-up Chat window for Agents just like for Clients
Add the possibility to have a pop-up chat window for the agent side, just like it is possible for the client / customer side.
There would be a Pop-out / Detach button right next to the current End button for each agent chat view.
The chat on the dashboard should pop up to the rep sam as it shows to the visitor. It will help to keep continuous eye n monitoring because chat makes us miss the monitoring for a while we are on chat.
