What about screen capturing the visitors screen when for example the visitor has some problems with the website, the user clicks on a button and it will take a screenshot from the current page only and send it to the agent.

No clue how this would be implemented but I own a software company with 1200 accounts and this would be very helpful.

When the operator gives a weblink which is on the same site should result in the user STAYING and just redirecting INSTEAD of what happens now: It opens a new webbrowser (or new tab).

this will be useful for a customer who is not tech savvy to show the service rep what they are seeing so that the discussion can be more effective

Recording the behaviour of the customer, so you can see the mouse/finger actions/clicks live on the screen.
