Closing the bubble should not be permanent. refreshing the page - or coming back for another session should reload the bubble. I closed the bubble just to see what happens and not I have to clean out cookies to get it back. Thanks - overall a wonderful product.
To which bubble are you referring to?
I have the same request. We are referring to the customer facing bubble (the website bubble). If the customer X the bubble. Customers are not going to clear their cookies to get the bubble back. They'll think chat is broken.

This is precisely how I feel about it. The bubble is a great attention grabber and should be session based, not cookie based. It should come back after a period of time (would be great if we can set what that timeout is in minutes, hours or days) or after closing the browser and coming back to the site. Cookie reset is too long as most people won't clear their cookies. An API call to reset the bubble would also be just as good.
