Segmented attention on new talks
The visitor is treated by a department and when given the answers can terminate the query.
Impact: If this same visitor requests another chat, you can not choose the department you talk and the call is released to all agents. This is a problem since all agents must verify if the user is referring to them or to another agent
Improvement proposal: that after finishing the first chat and close the conversation, the user can choose again the department you want to target
