Display trigger on mobile and tablet not only in fullscreen mode.
The Idea is to correclty display the widget window in mobile and tablet. The best solution will be to see a small window, because actually it automatically go fullscreen. Because if you use some triggers, in tablet and mobile version they are too much invasive.

This is my #1 issue with the Tawk app. So much so I may have to leave. When my site is profitable it was my plan to go white label with Tawk but a profitable site changes the dynamic because for the price of Tawk white label, although I haven’t looked, I might be able to find a chat that is white label that does not open full screen on tablet with hella white space above the form... I don’t understand how Tawk can drop the ball on something which seems so obvious. They have a good tech team but the design team is majorly lacking.
It is ugly and not functional from a “all customers” perspective.

it is as simple as letting us engage with the visitor... while he is navigating... we should be able to send them messages and the messages should pop up instead of a notification...

I agree. This is a big problem! Chat opens in full screen. And there is not even the usual close button for it ("X"). Many visitors do not know what to do and just leave the website. An urgent need to add the ability to select how to display the trigger in the mobile version of the website. Better to make the chat window on a mobile screen took less than half the height and was not entire width. You also need to add a close button "X". All my websites using the Tawk. All triggers appear within a few seconds after the opening of the website. Now I have learned that there is a problem with mobile notifications. I am very disappointed. This problem can cause a large percentage of disappointed visitors .

I have the same issue, the trigger on the mobile website just brings the chat full screen and makes the navigating experience of the website horrible. It used to be different, where a number 1 was showing next to the chat icon. I had to disable the chat on the mobile website for now.
