You can add possibility for livechat?
we are using you chat on our website and we feel like few important functions are missing there. May we ask you to add them? And if yes, how do you think, how long may it take to implement those functions? I believe I can help you with that, but let me first describe those functions:
1) To add a trigger, where user can pick a chat subject and depending on that choice he might be redirected to another contact form. I mean, for example if we have a chat with a possibility to choose between two topics, one is "Support" and second one is "Sales".
We want to make this possible: when user picks "Support" he automatically gets a message saying: "Please, send us your login (and describe your problem) to firstname.lastname@example.org" and immediatelly chat gets frozen, so user can not send any message there.
2) We want to make it possible to turn off sound notification when user picks one of the offered subjects, for example "Support" - as our worker still does not have to join that chat.
3) We want to have a bunch of quick answers on the right or left side of the chat for our workers, so they don't have to type same messages every time again and again. There must be an option to add, edit and delete those quick answers. Each answer should have an author (so we could see who added it).
I would be happy to help you in implementation of those functions.

What about 1. and 2.? Is it possible to help in implementing them from our side? Or the only way is to wait till you add them (if you agree to add them, of course;))?
I think 3-rd one is already implemented. Admin -> shortcuts, you can create your quick answers. And answering you need to write "/" +[key word] of your shortcut. Shortcuts can be either Public to all agents, Personal, like a message or a survey. Before sending it to the client you always can edit the answer
