Please add a signature feature that we can set for all out-going tickets. Retyping an email signature for every ticket can become redundant and time consuming.
This is a very important feature that should be standard in any email ticketing system.
Please add this. The single line signature when paying to remove branding is easily missed and not very helpful.

Please add this ASAP. Also the ability to ad html signatures too so banners and images can be seen to promote products and essentially make it look more branded so third party signature rescue products can be used too. Tawk to is falling behind on this now this should be standard.
Perhaps an option to add signature and then clients can just add a short code to load it on reply.

Yep this needs adding in as it's tiresome using the shortcut each time to add a reply.
Yes - at the moment i have to keep adding it as a shortcut - this would save a lot of time.

Please add an option to allow to add add an agent signature at the end of ticket. Very important for businesses.
How about allowing us to add an email signature to any tickets / messages just so we can standardise all email / customer contact?

I concur. We would be happy to contribute financially to expedite this feature. Ideally, it should allow logos and hyperlinks.
Hey we cant really use Tawkto ticketing properly without a signature

I agree with this, we need a signature for out-going tickets. Should be an option for the agents in their profile settings.

In ticketing, it is useful sometimes to reply to users with the same information all the time - in other systems this is documented as a pre-canned solution or reply. Similar to shortcuts. Please add this feature.
It would be better if the agent signature doesn't appear at the email sent through tickets ,so that the name of creator doesn't appear
you can write the alias name instead
