a per agent scheduler
I like the scheduler feature, but it would be great to manage a schedule per agent and not per widget. Or on top of the widget's schedule.
I use Tawk.to on several websites with agent in different continent. We offer a 7/24 chat on the websites but each new chat make rings every agents phones or desktop app all over the word and we do need to sleep sometimes :-)
A schedule per agent would solve this problem;

The ability to set schedules for individual agents is currently not available.

Even better:
I'd also like the schedule to have granular rules or even temporary prescheduled logouts. For example, if I know I'm going to have lunch today from 1-1:30pm, then I can set it in advance while it's on my mind to make me unavailable after 1pm. Once I get back, I can set myself as available again. -

This would be great, our agents work from home part-time and forget to either go online or offline and get unnecessary calls or miss calls when they should be working

Ability to manage on/off time per agent.
Let's say that you have several agents managing the chat on several time zone (so your chat always need to be active).
But each agent will be doing office hours like, maybe 9am to 6pm.I would like to be able to schedule the online time per agent so they don't get pinged during their off hours.
(NB: this is already present in most chat software)

The ability to set the scheduler for each agent (if you have agents in different countries) as it is now if you set it for yourself, its set for all agents!

I agree. We have agents in Texas and Vietnam. It would be really helpful for each agent to be able to schedule their availability on different days of the week as well as to set ad-hoc off times for vacations etc. Default status for an agent when they're not scheduled to be available is invisible, and if they want to work during their off time then they set to online. If nobody is available or deliberately online, then the widget takes a message rather than promising an instant chat. Operating hours for the company as a whole aren't helpful in this regard for our use.
Accomplishing this simply by having each agent log out of their mobile app when they're not working and logging back in when they are is very inconvenient when we have long, complicated passwords.
