After we chat with the customers, we want to take feedback from the customer in the form of rating. Where 5 is highest and 1 is least.

As an organization head, I just want to know how my team performing in chat. The only way is the chat rating given by the user. It helps to identify who chatted perfect.

Please add rating options on the scale of 1 to 5.
The should be optional for user to post rating but it will be nice by the agent's view.
After the visitor stops chatting with me, can you please make it that the visitor can click either 1 star, 2, 3, 4, or 5, and that the visitor can also write a comment?
