Integrate Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Telegram and more

This will allow us to respond not only messages coming from the live chat but also from our facebook pages. Being able to answer e-mails and other chat services such as telegram would also be great! This will save us a ton of time because it allows us to manage all our visitor's messages coming from many different sources in a single place.

    I would be really awesome if we can integrate whatsapp in tawk. Most of our clients use whatsapp.

    Try to integration facebook chat with your apps. This feature is already introduced by zendesk. I am sure you people can do this. When pages user will knock on facebook message, it will start chat on your apps.
    On settings user need to grant access for individual pages.

    WhatsApp is probably the most used chat application around. Services like web whatsapp and watermelon.nl already allow whatsapp - webchat. I'd love this service to also become part of the Tawk.to system.

    I'd like you guys to enable tawk.to to be able to appear on my facebook and be able to chat with my clients live trough my facebook page
