Able to personalize agents look and feel

I want my users to know I am actually online and that I'm not a BOT. The circle profile photo could possibly animate very slightly, like float or bounce (seriously not needed though). But there should be an option to add a very minimalistic, small arrow underneath the profile photo pointing down to the chat with a custom color of the arrow. This is such an easy fix that I'm sure hundreds of people would use.
Hey there, it would be great if automated messages from the system appear in different colours than messages from agents on the customer's side.
So that a customer can directly see by color if the message comes from an agent or the system.
Personalize all chat widgets and chat invites with a generic or actual agent photo
This can be optional but having a human picture encourages visitors to engage in chat. It should be available on chat widgets, chat invites and chat triggers at all times. We have just migrated from another chat service provider who has this feature (this is the ONLY material difference) and our Chat initiation count has been reduced to one QUARTER of what we used to get. This is basic psychology. Visitors want to chat to a person - enable us to show an inviting human face on the widgets please!
The font color for the page where agent reply visitor's chat should be different. For example, now the visitor name is green, but the content font color for visitor and agent are both same. Perhaps can change to visitors content is one color and agent reply message is another color, this will be easy for the maintenance. Thanks.
Add color options or some kind of display feature so that different agents' messages display in different colors. That way, all team members can easily distinguish messages from agents with similar names like "Kate" and "Kim" at a quick glance.
It would be a very helpful feature, if there would be any possiblilty to preconfigure the appearance of colors, etc. of the widget for new agents! Momentarily every new agent have to configure the widget appearance again, although the admin already globally set this...
