API's for BOT integration into TAWK. It augments live agent service. The dynamic of any chat should involve lightening fast access to required information (machines are good at providing this), as well as nuanced communication (humans are good at this). I believe this makes for a richer visitor experience. Analytical tools would assist with providing useful insight into visitor behaviour and provide live feedback to Bots and Agents. If Tawk chooses to update its platform this way, It would be well ahead of its competitors.
