Customize widget colors, bubble for online/offline status
The color of the chat widget is currently green (or other color chosen in dashboard) whether you are online or not.
I would like the widget icon/color to be red instead of green when the chat is in offline status.
The Bubble Chat only appears when the widget is online. We have our Widget on a schedule and would love to have the bubble when the widget is offline too.
Can bubbles also change the name into " Click Here" in order to remind the visitors that he can leave offline message for us.

The ‘Hide widget when offline’ setting is off by default in your Dashboard. This means the chat widget is still visible even when you are offline.

my bubble does not show up when 'Offline'. Was told by Kurt today that that was not an option but it says 'Completed'. What's up?

It would be great if it was possible to change the layout of the chat bubble when offline. As in being able to pick a custom image or bubble with a special text that shows when the chat is offline.
I do not mean changing the text inside the chat, but the bubble above the 'offline' bar. -

It would be neat if the bubble could still be visible even though no agents are online. Or at least the feature to add an alternative bubble. (Green when online - red when offline etc.)

The bubble should remain active even when offline. With my previous chat app, the bubble always remained active regardless of status and I would get, on average, 10 msgs a day. Since I moved to your app I barely get 1 or 2 and I believe it's because of this feature. Please add!

What about the problem that when you have a local chat box it is in local language, but when you go offline it sticks in English language?

Agreed. AND the ability to remove the bubble when Offline. It's a false impression to advertise the feature if no one's around to answer, especially on a Friday evening or something.

I agree. It shows same text for all three statuses i.e. online, away, and offline. We should be able to change the text for each status.
