Enable users to change font type and size on the chat Widget

It would be cool to be able to change the font type and size on the chat Widget. Sometimes I want the widget to look smaller. I can change the size of the dimensions in the "Widget Appearance", but the "Minimized Height" can't be less than 40 at the moment.

You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear.     @Team, this is really important. I have a few clients scheduled mid 2020, all of them will be looking for a chat widget for their websites (which I will be designing), and I cannot recommend your tool, because it will break their design / feeling + force to load additional font (influencing time of loading). All we want is to specify a font ourselves.

    Hi everyone, Please Please Please VOTE UP

    The really bad font in Persian or Arabic and all middle east countries
    writing Language.
    The default font is very hard to read and very annoying to the eye.
    Please change the BAD default fonts "Helvetica" or "Arial" to the GOOD fonts like "Google Almarai" or "Windows Segoe UI Regular" or "Tahoma Regular (size up to 12 or less)" or "Google Noto Kufi Arabic Regular" for the default font, important for the widget font.

    I live in Romania and we have special characters that your default font type on Tawk doesn't recognize.

    It would be great for us to change font type.

    I prefer Open Sans.

    It looks good and it has diacritics.

    If these actions were taken, it would be greatly appreciated:
    1- Message delivery report like two ticks
    2- Ability to edit message by agent
    3- Keep the user's chat page open so that when the user is online they can view their chat history and see if any response has been given.

    4- Use animated GIFs along with emoticons
    5- Restrict the browser and desktop version, especially the Android app, users of blocked countries like Iran will not have to use vpn because it will slow down.

    The suggestions I mentioned above are in the Crisp online chat module.

    6- It would be better if the font could be changed in the user section, for example the Persian font used in the user section is not satisfactory.
    7- Ability to delete or disable email in Widget Contetnt settings because many of our clients do not have email and only have a mobile number

    Allow text within chat to be formattable, such as font color and bolding.

    I also ,need that. On mobile, I need a smaller font for the chat/mail button, and cant customize it.

    No, the request ` Font Size for Windows App` is different – it is a request to change font size in Windows app (for agents), but here for visitors - in the widget.
