Enable users to change font type and size on the chat Widget
It would be cool to be able to change the font type and size on the chat Widget. Sometimes I want the widget to look smaller. I can change the size of the dimensions in the "Widget Appearance", but the "Minimized Height" can't be less than 40 at the moment.

To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here. The widget size can be modified if you choose to have the 'rectangular shape' as your chat widget. You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear. Font and other size features of the chat widget have already been submitted to our engineers. Your request is acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been implemented. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

can the votes on the other requests for font size be added here. and perhaps put all of these under one request.
I cant believe there is no option to adjust font size at all. not every one has 20 20 vision and most of us IT geeks are blind as bats -

Please allow the users to change font. The widget uses Lato from Google and that is not optimal if the website uses another font.

The minimized size has a minimum height restriction of 40px (and you can't change the font size too) which is waaay too big.
I understand you may worry about people destroying the minimized window by inputing wrong numbers but AT LEAST give us size options like "small, medium, large" because right now it's destroying site layouts. Thanks! -

you are requesting some fonts over http like
http://php.net/fonts/Fira/woff/FiraSans-Book.woff
while the same resource available over a secure connection (may be it happens only with specific languages -I'm using the Arabic locale-) . but this makes the browser block them and add a note to security information of my site. Can you please use https exclusively. thank you tawk.to you are amazing -

Yep. It'd be great to be able to change the font (face and size) for the widget appearance.

Please add an option to choose font on user side,
the default font (even in English) is like courier new, something ancient and very basic.& when I use it in other languages sites, like Hebrew, it looks quite problematic (kinda bad)....
:)
other than that, AWESOME plugin. -

Please develop an option to change the font style for chat widget in Appearance. I am sure and believe, all of us would like it as it will help us to select the style as per our requirement.

How about making it possible to write text in the same font as 'Let's talk'?:)

there should be more options for the font size, type, and alignment
other languages require that. also with that alignment the smilies should be added on the left corner
