I want to request for an important feature which is a view of list of agents and admins that are online. At the press of a button I should be able to see list of online agents also list of offline agents and admins.

I know there is a similar feature going through the direct messaging. But I tell you with a click of button will make it much more professional.

Yes, I know that. But f we have 50+ agents it is much more convenient to see who is online without typing the first letter.

I found it very difficult to find how to check who (of our agents) is currently logged in. I chatted with tawk.to (very helpful) - and they said:

At the left sidebar of the dashboard
At the search bar, type single letter then click "Browse All Direct Messages"

Seems very indirect to me, and I would think should be one of the most common tasks an admin would like to do (see which of their employees are online at the current moment).
