Allow for agent metrics to be measured for a large number of sites and interactions
Allow a way to measure performance of an agents interactions over multiple sites. If you have 500 client sites, you have to measure the agents interactions and response times one by one. You need to measure overall response times and over all customer satisfaction

It would be great if we have an option to segregate the responses based on the time taken to respond the visitor in livechat. Ex: 0-5 minutes, 5-10 minutes.
