Anonymize ip address
In Germany you have to anonymize ip addresses in order to comply with privacy laws. So it would be a basic function to be able to use ist in Germany. Thank you!

You can often get a new IP address by unplugging your internet modem. I use NAT Firewall and VPN services to hide my IP address. I hide my IP address when working remotely. https://www.myamplifiers.com/ - I purchased a wifi signal booster and can work from home.

Hi.
Can the transcript history be tracked by email or some more solid identifier than IP address?
There are companies which use the same IP address to access the internet, it is very flimsy to associate IP address with a chat session.
