Response Via Email If Customer Leaves
If you don't respond in time, it would be really good if this then automatically e-mailed the response to the user ie Tawk To asks for the email address (or takes the one they enter) and then if you respond on the chat and they've left or got cut off the email conversation is then had.
It would be good if Tawk To could store all communication records too emails and chats so the admins get a thread. Essentially so Tawk To can behave like Intercom.

This would solve this issue completely and surprised it doesn't currently work this way. Your chat software will be much better for it :)
You need to add signatures for ticket replies too. That's been a request for over two years bu some now.
