Disable accept chats from
I can see a situation where someone can get around having to take live chats by logging in (so they appear online) but dont take chats because they have switched off accept chats from.
Being able to set "Required" accept chats from as an admin would be beneficial

Obviously this should not be taken away from anyone... rather have it set user rights
