Change the header backgorund colour when the dashboard is offline

When we are offline, I want to change the header background color of dashboard

    App is too good but its not show online/offline status. There is same header color for all just text changed but it would be good if admin online then user see a green dot or green header and when admin offilne then user see gray or black header.

    I wanted to change the color of the chat so when it's off line it turns gray and when it's online it turns green
