Ring tone for visitor when chat initiated by the admin
Chats initiated by customers now come with ringing tones to alert the admin to the presence of a live chat. The reverse is not true for chats initiated by the admin. The customer receives a small muffled click. This does not sufficiently alert the customer to click on the chat icon. A true ring tone should be activated when the admin initiates a chat just as it is when a customer initiates the chat.
