App for Wix App Market
My suggestion is to add an app for the wix app market.
Then there are no bugs anymore and
because now, the widget is hidden on mobile phones.
There isn't any possibility to show it on mobile phones because of html.

Hi!
I've found a better method to add the widget to wix.
I use the tutorial from Smartsupp (another live chat software) and the tutorial works also with tawk.to.It's better and other livechat softwares use this method also.

It seems to me that you should add yourself to wix plugins, that will be good, whatever you want, nevertheless, this is a suggestion

As you have the similar posting style of Autodesk Website... for forum in help section, I want to see the ability of setting up the tawk.to widget on WIX very fluid and with its adjustments:
-colors
-fonts
placement: top,bottom, left, right or in the site (inside an image we design= the parrot logo as example, which animated, can fly on the site itself until clicked, to open the dialog box...in a subtle way)...
-shapethat's it.
as a graphic designer, tawk.to is meant for greater deeds.

As the widget scroll down the page if we put it in a fixed footer, please create a wix app.
