Ability to see which operators are logged on -
it would assist with monitoring to ensure that all of our live chat clients are being covered and that we have operators covering all shifts
This would be excellent, status of the team would allow proper management and availibity of the service to be understood.
You will be able to see ALL members (admin and agent) and their corresponding status by clicking the (+) icon in Direct Messages in the dashboard.
Green = online
Red = offline
Grey = invisible
Yellow = away
