Need push notification if new message received when tawk app is closed like whatsapp. I don't get notifications unless I open the app, am losing many clients because i don't know when they chat

Is there a push notification when the app is closed yet? This is a must have as we can't keep the app open at all times.

This is definitly something I need. My visitors are answering very slowly and seldom. It is anoying that I have to keep the app open all the time and wait for an answer
