Shortened link in signature deemed as spam/malicious by some email providers
The offline chat messages that are sent via email have a signature at the bottom:
"Missed chats are missed opportunities.
Hire Chat Agents for just $1/hour and never miss another chat again."
This message contains a link shortened with goo.gl which seems to be an issue with some email providers that deem such links as malicious.
I just got feedback from Deutsche Telekom /T-Online, the biggest Internet provider in Germany that they in general deem all emails with such links as spam or malicious and will not deliver them.
Would there be a way to replace this shortened link with a normal link to your website?
And yes, I am aware of the "remove branding" add-on but this is an issue that is affecting all users of the free service and I am not talking about removing the link, just replacing it with a direct link that is not considered spam/malicious.
