add a trigger for "New Offline message" in Zapier
Currently, you already have 3 triggers in Zapier.
1.When starting a New Chat
2.when ending a new chat
3.When starting a new ticket
The missing one is When receives a new offline message.

It's not only Zapier, also Integromat/Make and webhooks are missing this trigger.
I think it should be added, or else we can´t catch leads coming from offline messages. -

I completely agree that this is the most important trigger for automation and can't understand why it's not available already !

This is the most important trigger for automation. Having been able to set the "active" hours for the chat widget we can organise to have a person ready to chat back to people if they come online. Its the offline form completions that can be missed and if found a task needs to be set for the enquiry to be followed up. We need this trigger in zapier to create tasks and notifications about offline enquiries more than we need any other trigger.
