The administrator should also have the option to customize the text of emails sent to the client and translate it into the local language, as it is now not possible to change the language of the emails and our clients receive a message in English that some do not understand.

1. There should be a customize Signature option in ticket replies, which ensure customers about Support executive identity and departments etc this also looks professional, most of the chat software has this option.
2. Email SMTP integration option where customer will email directly and support ticket will be created automatically instead of urs.
3. Options to edit replies in tickets.
4. Embeded script for support ticket form which can be inserted in webpage where ppl can fill the details and open the tickets directly from our website.

I see that this feature has been pending for 4 years. So I have not big hope that it's going to be implemented.
However, I'd like to ask it. My customers are Spanish people so I'd need to translate the text to Spanish.

Ability to create template of email layout
... capacidade de criar algum layout de modelo de email (em html) que possa ser compatível com o layout da empresa (cores, widgets) que usa o Tawk.

We will to start to use your service to give support to our customers, we bougth the add-on that permit to personalize sometings, but it doesn't let us to personalize the language in the email messages that we send to our customers, there are any way that let us to change the language in these emails?

It would be nice to improve the tickets system with the following features:
- ability to set a custom "from" address
- ability to activate or not e-mail notifications
- ability to edit the template of all e-mails sent to the user -

Hi there
When users receive offline messages, can we change the title to our own? Also can we change the "From" name. I don't see any option for this. We can not use it if can not change the title and from name. Please help on this

Obviously, this is important. Customer receives a notification of their own message without any indication that a ticket was created. Last I checked people weren't mind readers lol
