Customize tickets emails
Could be great to add our own logo on the tickets emails + a signature.

I can setup the interface to Portuguese, but the e-mail templates is still in English.Will be great if I can personalize the e-mails templates to my language.

+1 for, at least, translatable emails. My visitors would like to receive the emails in spanish or catalan

i serve a lot of people which do not speak or write english.
so it would be nice to give them german email templates.
then the ticket system work for me 100%

Change the text in the automated emails so you can create a text which fits exactly to your company. That means:

Really would like to change ( localize ) the email Tawk.to sends when I am offline and my website visitor leaves a message via the tawk.to widget.
No my website is in Dutch and the labels in the email are in english. Call me a perfectionist, but I would really like this option! :) -

We need the email that goes to the customer opens a ticket qaundo be translated into the language chosen in the control panel, the tests I made is not possible to modify the language of the email.

Please add pt-br translation to emails sent by tawk, like transcript and offline messages.

Emails should be in portuguese. We can't use the offline chat sending emails in English, this is a big issue for us
