Webhooks: Add a webhook for when tags are added to a chat.
This is useful to track the different reasons for a chat, So the customer can be billed accordingly.
As tags can be added after the chat has ended, I suggest there be a new webhook maybe called 'chat:updated' that gets fired when a chat gets updated details, a note gets added or tags get adjusted.
There might need to be a delay in the wehbook as multiple tags and be removed/added at a time.

LiveZilla's API returned this info, But sadly they have stopped development. So we have started migrating to Tawk. But without the ability to get the tags on a chat via API or Webhooks we can't start using Tawk yet.
Most other things are actually better than LiveZilla. Except for the tags API/Webhook and the ability for agents to end a chat.
There is feedback for manually ending a chat which was opened in 2017. Sadly no progress.I hope this feature and the tags feature get added soon. Otherwise we will be forced to find another product :-( Which we really don't want to do.
