    need a way to downlead all the new chat members ip address ,name .email. State to excel

    1. How can get the details or download all the users who chat with us i.e. their name and email id.
    2. How can i see the report of the busiest hours from a selected date range. If i selcete data range which is more than 7 days, the only option i get is Day, Month, Year. The Hour option goes away
