Possibility to see the number of visitors online in the event/congress and not just on our stand/site....
Should be a nice feature that you can see how many visitors are online on an event/congress and not only our stand. It makes you aware that maybe someone will come on your stand/site. Now you only see the number of visitors from your stand/site.

Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
You can view all your live visitors in the Monitoring section under four categories – Active, Idle, Unanswered and Served.
In the Monitoring section, you can now Filter visitors based on their location, status, which agent they are being served by, which page or site they are on or by tags.
However, we currently don’t have a reporting feature to download site visits.
