Integrate with the users of the website
we are using tawk at https://www.puucho.com/
I want to see the usernames of our website as the name field in the chat box so that those users who have made signup need not to enter their details again

We currently don't have a feature to automatically reflect the customer's username to the detail section of your Active Chat window.
We do have our JavaScript API documentation where you can invoke a flexible set of methods that can be used for your web projects.
