REPORT - Type of chats
Chats received with issues handled by customer service are categorised by using the TAG button. For reporting and analysis, on a weekly or monthly basis, chat is analyse to understand what are the common issues so that the company can improve on the areas.
Need a report to extract such a report to list down the number of chats received under the TAG chosen for a particular period.
Currently, TAWK allows selection of 1 TAG at a time and data further breakdown into the dates it chat with that TAG occur.
A new report for a selected period with the following fields is needed
a) All the TAGS chosen
b) Number of chats for the respective TAGS

We currently don't have a feature to generate reports specifically for Tags. However, you can search multiple Tags and download the chats under the Messaging section.
We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.
