I would like setup pre-chat & offline form email header in reply-to user email id
We would like to setup auto reply our customer to thankyou we'll contact you shortly so can we set email header in reply-to <user email> so i can setup in my email client..

We currently don't have an auto-reply email to send out to your customers if you’re away, if you miss a chat or if they send an offline form.
All of these messages must be generated into TICKETS for you to be able to respond to your customers.

If you wish to inform your customers that they'll be contacted later, you can create a CHAT RESCUER TRIGGER.
This trigger is used to auto-respond to messages if agents don't respond in time. You can create a message asking for their contact details. The trigger time can be set from 10 seconds up to 1 hour.
Example: If no agents have responded to an incoming chat for about 20 seconds, the Chat Rescuer Trigger can be set to spring into action with a message like this: "Thanks for your patience. We are currently unavailable at the moment, please leave your name and email and we will get back to you ASAP."
