Collect email id, mobile number during active chat and not at the beginning
Upon initiating a chat by the website agent with the website visitor there is no feature which helps in requesting contact details from the website visitor.
This feature will work great to collect more incoming leads as against pushing a request for contact details form right even before the chat begins which is often considered as offending by the visitor.

If you wish to remove the pre-chat form on your chat widget, I would suggest you create shortcuts/canned responses to collect your customer's information while in a conversation.
Message 1: Hi, welcome to our website!
Message 2: In case we get disconnected, can I get your name, email address and phone number?
Message 3: How may I help you today?
To create shortcut messages, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Admin gear in the bottom left-hand sidebar of the Dashboard
2. Click on Shortcuts.
3. You can add and manage existing shortcuts from this section.
4. Click the green Add Shortcut button at the top right of the screen to add a new shortcut.
Please note that we don't have a feature to send the form in the middle of an active chat.
