Chat continuity is currently not available with our chat widget.
Alternatively, you can do the following for easy management of your repeated customers:
1. Save the contact details of your customers.
You can gather the Name and email of your customer using Shortcuts/canned responses and through a Pre-chat form. Once the details are saved, you don't need to ask for their email address again.

2. Provide your Personal Direct Chat link.
You can provide your Personal Direct Chat link to your customer if they wish to speak to you again and skip the general chat support. You can attach your Direct Chat link to your email signature or directly send it to them via chat or email.
